Here’s what you can expect:

Step 1: Warm Welcome and Paperwork

When you arrive for your first visit, you’ll be warmly greeted by our team. You’ll complete some initial paperwork to help us understand your health background. To save time, you can download the new patient paperwork to fill it out at home, or online from our website.

Step 2: Comprehensive Examination

For Chiropractic Care:

We will perform a thorough health history review, and examination to analyze stress in your nervous system and identify any imbalances affecting your health. If X-rays are necessary, we will discuss this with you during the appointment. We have on-site X-ray facilities for your convenience. Please plan approximately one hour for this visit.

For Acupuncture:

We will conduct a detailed health history review and perform an examination with specific tests to understand your current health challenges. This will help us create the best plan of action for your care. Please allow up to 1 hour & 15 minutes for this visit.

You can plan on having your first acupuncture session on your first visit to the clinic. Please bring loose fitting clothes or a t-shirt and shorts to this visit

Step 3: Personalized Care Plan

After gathering all the necessary information during your first visit, we’ll invite you back for a second appointment called the report of findings. During this session, we will explain how chiropractic care or acupuncture can address your specific needs and outline a tailored plan to help you achieve your health goals.

Step 4: Begin Your Journey to Better Health

Once you’re comfortable with the recommended plan, we’ll begin your care. Our team will be with you every step of the way to ensure your journey to better health is smooth and effective.
