Intermittent fasting is not a diet strategy. Instead, intermittent fasting is a little like hitting a reset button.
It can help curb sugar cravings, restore energy, and even promote deeper sleep. You can expect to feel hungry when you fast. But that’s ok! From an evolutionary standpoint, humans have not always lived in a time of constantly available food. The health benefits of fasting are well documented. By giving your body a break from constantly digesting food – you give your immune system the time to search out damaged cells, previously undetected viruses and allow your body’s systems a period of restorative activity. For one day this week, do not consume food from 8pm to 1pm.
Every week we will have a challenge for you to conquer! If you complete our challenge, fill out the form below to be entered into our weekly draw to win a $10 cash reward!
