Making soup is almost as comforting as eating it — and having soup ready in the freezer ready to eat is even better!
Let’s be clear: You can do much, much better than canned soup. Homemade soup recipes are nothing like those bland, salty, preservative-laden concoctions. To make great soup, ideally, you want to start with fresh, homemade stock, veggies and grass-fed meat (if you are using meat).
Go to you local farmer’s market and stock up on fresh ingredients as this week we challenge you to make 3 different kinds of soups to freeze in mason jars.
