You’ve probably heard this more times than you can count: take a deep breath and relax. Somehow we all know that relaxation is good for us, but in such a busy day and age, we rarely do take that moment for ourselves.
Meditation is the art of focusing 100% of your attention in one area. The practice comes with a myriad of well-publicized health benefits including increased concentration, decreased anxiety, and a general feeling of happiness.
For this challenge, we want you to meditate for 15 min, 3 days consecutively:
- Find a nice quite room where you can be alone.
- Set the atmosphere; dim the lights, place some pillows, even light some candles if you wish.
- Meditate for 15 min, remembering to take deep breaths and keep your eyes open.
