Oaktree Health Challenge – Do 50 burpees each day for 3 days

Burpees are an awesome, calorie-burning, strength-building, full body exercise.

We challenge you to do 50 burpees each day for 3 days.

Just follow these simple steps:

  1. First, stand up straight
  2. Get into a squat position with your hands on the floor in front of you.
  3. Kick your feet back into a push up position
  4. Immediately drop your chest to the ground (like a pushup)
  5. Bow your chest up, then return your feet back to the squat position as fast as possible.
  6. Stand back up quickly
  7. Immediately jump up into the air as high as you can.
