We all know how important water is for our overall health, after all, it does make up about 70% of our body composition. As important as we know it is, many of us don’t drink as much as we should, and by the time you start feeling thirsty, you are already dehydrated.
Chronic dehydration can cause many ailments, and when we are dehydrated, our bodies start to draw water from other areas of the body including your organs. Many symptoms such as inflammation, headaches and sickness could actually be cured by drinking more water.
So this week, we challenge you to drink your water! You should drink the recommended 8 glasses of water a day, for a minimum of 3 days. No tea, no coffee, no juice, no beer or wine – just water and only water.
